What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If it hasn't shipped yet, reach out through our site's contact page and we'll try to update or cancel it. Once it ships, you'll need to go through our returns process.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope. Guest checkout is available. But creating an account lets you track orders and check out faster next time.

Shipping

How long until my order arrives?
Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. Express is 2–4, and Priority is 1–2. Processing takes 1–3 business days before shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to select countries. International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days. Customs fees are on you.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Plug it into the carrier's site to see where your package is.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return window?
30 days from delivery for most items.

How do I start a return?
Go to our site's contact page, submit a request with your order number, and we'll send instructions.

When will I get my refund?
We inspect returns within 3–5 business days. After approval, refunds post to your original payment method in 5–10 business days.

Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes, if the item you want is in stock. Mention it in your return request.
